Also meditation for stress/anxiety reduction and management through internal mindful observation. Plus the link between these with breathwork. All of which combine to expand self awareness and presence of mind.

It is a wonderful holistic approach towards cohesion of our inner self and human existence.

Maureen maintained a strong ashtanga practice through 3 pregnancies which taught her those things as well as striving with acceptance and developing mental and physical endurance and stamina. She is faithful and dedicated to her own daily practice and believes that reflects the quality of her understanding as a teacher.
