My introduction into martial arts began with boxing and muay thai in 2007 which then led me into barbell and strength training and then eventually into a career in health and fitness.

I am a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor who enjoys working with people from all walks of life and helping them realise their goals, and setting milestones, whether that is achieving a squat PR or losing 5 kg.
My passion for training comes from a constant pursuit of self improvement and education. I find the lessons and values that come with following a discipline are some of the most valuable, and these are the same principles I share with my clients.
