Apply First Aid is a pre-requisite for most jobs and always adds value to your resume. It is not about simply obtaining the Certificate but about having the ability to save someone’s life.

The course can be completed in 1 full day, which will cover the following:

  • CPR
  • CPR Assessment
  • Scenario Based training
  • Bandages and Slings
  • Written Assessment

The Provide First Aid training course is extremely important no matter who you are - and especially if you are at Green or Brown Belt level expecting to teach or grade for Black Belt. All CAIA instructors must have a current First Aid Certificate. We should all know how and have the ability to save someone’s life.

There will be an online component of this course which must be completed prior to the practical section of the course which will be conducted on the 19th at CAIA.
