Just some more background on us... We've been running group and one-on-one fitness, personal training and martial arts in Perth since 2008. Our workouts involve metabolic circuit training and cardio boxing intervals designed to burn fat, tone muscles, improve strength and become more athletic.
- We use a range of equipment with varied workouts so you don't get bored, and it's all scaled for your own fitness level and gets increasingly harder as you get fitter and stronger.
- You'll have a chance to get a full bodyscan at the beginning and end of the bootcamp to track your transformation.
- We give you nutrition coaching and our Combat Fuel meal plans, recipes and training manual to help you towards your goals.
- We also run seminars, fitness challenges and social events throughout the year to keep you motivated, meeting people and having fun. It's a lifestyle and 8 weeks is just the beginning of a new healthier, happier YOU!
- We advise training with us at least 3-4 times a week, will be checking your nutrition and giving you follow up exercises to do on the days you are not training with us to maximise your results.
