Fitness Kickboxing at CAIA
combines striking techniques from Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Hisardut, Jujitsu, Karate Boxing and MMA together with modern principles of strength and conditioning training to help you take your fitness to the next level or just blow off some steam.
These 6AM sessions will improve your technique, strength, speed, footwork and movement while delivering an intense cardio and all-around body workout - a great way to get energised for your day.
You will need: workout clothes, water bottle, towel, boxing gloves or bag gloves.
