Shah has been part of the CAIA family since 2015 and has had over 5 years of combined experience in Martial arts. Shah primarily trains in the striking arts (kickboxing and boxing), MMA, Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
He has made a number of lifestyle changes since joining CAIA which have allowed him to achieve and surpass his personal fitness goals. Having worked as a fire-fighter, rescuer and now as an engineer, Shah is not only a believer in peak physical fitness but also in the idea of 'mind over matter'.
Shah is friendly, approachable, helpful and great at breaking techniques down into their finer details. Taking these into account, Shah is a great motivator and will help you achieve your fitness goals and tap into your mental strength.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Krav Maga Blue Belt
- Training in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA over 5 years
- CAIA attendance champion
